The Trust seeks to fulfill its goal of improving the
quality of life of mentally disabled men and women
by establishing and conducting educational,
recreational and cultural programs that are not
being provided by other agencies and to
supplement existing programs designed to assist
and benefit the mentally retarded.

learning, growing, creating a better tomorrow . . . .
The Trust aims to enrich their lives by affording them opportunities to sample and
experience the vast cultural and recreational resources available to everyone. It
promotes independence and self-confidence and helps these individuals learn a
fulfilling and productive use of leisure time. The Trust also supports programs
that enable families to deal more capably with the needs and responsibilities of
the mentally disabled.
Finally, the Trust endeavors to educate the public by demonstrating that the
mentally disabled are valuable, contributing citizens.
